To send an invoice, we'll need a few details to set up a free account. You can use this account for as long as you like.

If you haven't used it in 100 days, it will automatically expire. If you need to send more than 3 invoices / month, then you can upgrade any time from within your account.

  • 1. Your business name

    This is your name, or the name of your business or organisation.

  • 2. Your Fluttervoice ID

    Please be careful - you cannot change this at a later stage. This will also be the web address you and your clients use to view your invoices.

    Please take note of your Fluttervoice ID as you will need it in future (in conjunction with your username and password) to log in to your account.

  • 3. Your account information

    This is your primary account. You will need the email address to log in to your system. You can add more accounts once you have logged in.

  • 4. Review and accept

    So, to summarize: This plan is free for as long as you like. You will be able to send 3 invoices/month, and the number of clients you can set are 3. The free account will include a small Fluttervoice link at the bottom of all emails.
